When Nicki contacted me, I was thinking she had found me through my lender. However, I think I may have signed up on the Century 21 website. I'm not sure. That being said, after talking to Nicki on the phone, I knew she was the person we wanted to work with. She understood our issues, as we were moving from Washington to Wisconsin and we wouldn't be able to see the house until we purchased it and moved. It would be even more tricky given that we were getting a VA loan and the VA requires extra inspections. She was willing to do virtual tours for us, and was always so patient and kind, even after I sent her to look at other houses that we didn't buy. When my mom's friend was selling the house, Nicki helped us with the process even though the seller didn't have an Agent, she stayed on top of what we needed to do and what we needed the seller to do. Nicki is so organized and she knew how to keep everything moving forward. She's absolutely the best! I couldn't have asked for a better Agent! If we ever had to buy a house again, I'd have Nicki helping me! If we have any friends who are looking to buy a house, we'll refer them to Nicki! We think Nicki was a God-sent because we couldn't have done it without her!
